Sober Basil Smash Recipe

50ml of Sober Spirits G 0.0%,
1 half lime squeezed,
10ml of agave syrup,
 Ice cubes and fresh basilic leaves

- In a shaker, gently muddle a handful of fresh basil leaves with the juice of half a lime. This process bruises the basil leaves, releasing their aromatic oils.

- Pour 50ml of Sober Spirits G 0.0% into the shaker and then add agave syrup. This will balance the acidity of the lime and the herbal notes of the basil.

- Fill the shaker with ice cubes shake the mixture vigorously. This not only chills the drink but also helps to further infuse the basil flavor into the liquid.

- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice cubes. Straining prevents the basil leaves from entering the drink while ensuring the flavor is imparted.

- Garnish with a basil leaf or a lime wheel for an added touch of elegance
