- Best quality Duck Magret made exclusively from Mullard ducks that are reared in the Landes Region in France
- Ducks only used from a small number of carefully selected French farms where the animals are raised ethically following age-old traditions
- On the day, let the duck breast come to room temperature. Score the skin with a knife without reaching the flesh, season and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes on the skin side then 5 minutes on the flesh side. Wrap in aluminum foil, let rest for 5 minutes and slice at the last minute. It will be cooked to perfection and will retain all its juices and softness
- Free range and 100% naturally fed using neither animal flour nor GM food

We normally live in SW France for half the year and purchased this duck as we couldn't get the same in England. Delicious as always, we ordered with other duck products just to keep us going in these strange times.
