- The pheasant terrine contains wild pheasant, whose strong flavour is enhanced by Provencal Garlic Confit, slowly cooked and poached in olive oil, adding a touch of tenderness to the terrine
- Serve chilled. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 5 days
- Ingredients: Pork, pheasant meat 20%, pork liver, chicken liver, salt, confit garlic 1% (garlic, goose fat), spices, Marc de Provence, aromatic plants
