Our pheasant terrines have been prepared following secret recipes handed down from generation to generation. They are all made by hand and the jars are filled manually with a fork. All the ingredients have been carefully selected to ensure the quality and flavour. Perfect for gourmets!
- The pheasant terrine contains wild pheasant, whose strong flavour is enhanced by Provencal Garlic Confit, slowly cooked and poached in olive oil, adding a touch of tenderness to the terrine
- Serve chilled. After opening, keep refrigerated for up to 5 days
- Ingredients: Pork, pheasant meat 20%, pork liver, chicken liver, salt, confit garlic 1% (garlic, goose fat), spices, Marc de Provence, aromatic plants
- Homemade gluten-free terrine, no eggs, no additives
